The Vikings take on the Saints, Sunday on 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS 10/13/04

5 EYEWITNESS NEWS will broadcast the Minnesota Vikings vs. New Orleans Saints football game on Sunday, October 17.  The game starts at 7:30 pm.

Pre-game show coverage on 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS begins at 6:30 pm, with sports director Joe Schmit and weekend sports anchor Anne Hutchinson reporting live from New Orleans.  5 EYEWITNESS NEWS at 10 will air after the game.

Following the newscast, Joe Schmit and Vikings coach Mike Tice will conduct live interviews with Vikings players for Joe Schmit’s Sports Wrap at 11:05 pm.

ABC primetime programming will move to KSTC.TV, Channel 45 during the game.  “America’s Funniest Home Videos” airs at 6 pm, followed by “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” at 7 pm; “Desperate Housewives” at 8 pm; and “Boston Legal” at 9 pm on KSTC.TV.
