Members of the Independence Party of Minnesota will gather for a precinct caucus at Chaska High School on Feb. 4.
The meetings are organized by Minnesota's political parties and are held on the first Tuesday in February of a statewide election year. They are seen as the first step for parties to select candidates ad party platforms.
All members of the Independence Party are welcome at the event, located at 545 Pioneer Trail. It begins at 7 p.m.
Major parties in the state are required to hold a caucus event. Look here for more information about other parties.
