Savage Police Looking for Man who Stole Donation Jar, Coffee from Super America

Savage Police are looking for whoever stole a jar full of donations meant for the Children's Miracle Network from a gas station in Savage just after 3 a.m. on Thursday.

Police said the suspect made a cappuccino then reached over the checkout counter and grabbed the jar.

The clerk said he left the Super America store on O'Connell Road in a 2004 Ford Windstar minivan with an undisclosed amount of cash and the coffee drink.

Anyone with information is asked to call Savage police at 952-882-2600. Tips also may be left anonymously with Crime Stoppers of Minnesota at crimestoppersmn.org.
