Fond du Lac Tribal Police Say Missing Man May Have Been Headed to Twin Cities

Fond du Lac Tribal Police are looking for help in locating a man who has been missing for more than two weeks.

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension released an alert Wednesday reporting that 22-year-old Michial Annamitta Jr. has not been heard from since Nov. 23. He has not been in contact with his family, which is unusual, police reported.

Annamitta was staying at a home in Sawyer, Minn. Police say he may have been headed to Minneapolis or St. Paul.

Police report he has a history of mental health problems and is known to abuse alcohol.

Annamitta is described at a Native American man, 5’9” tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and glasses.
