First of the Last Season of the Holidazzle Parade Draws Crowds in Downtown Minneapolis

The annual Holidazzle parade started Friday in downtown Minneapolis on with less of a bang than previous years due to organizers scaling back the celebration.

This is the final year of the Holidazzle parade. Organizers decided to cancel the parade for 2014, but said they will host a different holiday event in its place.

The Holidazzle first began in 1992.

The parade, runs down Nicolette Mall on Fridays and Saturdays at 6:30. It will run throughout Dec. 21.
