You can catch two different Broadway classics in the metro soon.
The ever-popular "Wizard of Oz" opens next week, and you can see a spin on a holiday classic in theaters now.
The wizard of Broadway has joined forces with the "Wizard of Oz." Andrew Lloyd Webber’s "Wizard of Oz" has skipped its way into St. Paul.
The colorful musical adaptation of the beloved movie will enchant Minnesota audiences at the Ordway Theater through Dec. 29.
Hollywood brings a celebrated holiday stage production to the big screen.
"The Black Nativity" stars Academy Award Winners Forest Whitacker, Angela Bassett and Jennifer Hudson, alongside newcomer Jacob Lattimore.
The Twin Cities Holidazzle parade opens for the season Friday, Nov. 29, 2013.
The parade is running a shortened schedule this year. You can catch it every Friday and Saturday until Dec. 21.
The parade starts at 6:30 on Nicollet Mall.
The 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS morning show will be the Grand Marshals for the parade on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Brad Sattin, Megan Newquist, Rusty Gatenby and Patrick Hammer will all be there.
Rice Park Tree Lighting
The annual tree lighting ceremony happens in St. Paul Saturday, Nov. 20, 2013.
The giant tree will be lit up at 5 p.m. at Rice Park, with fireworks to follow.
