NASA Astronauts Celebrate Thanksgiving in Space

Irradiated turkey and freeze-dried green beans are just a few things on the menu for astronauts celebrating Thanksgiving in space.

A NASA astronaut was showing off the traditional space menu online Wednesday morning. They said one of the biggest challenges to overcome for astronauts for Thanksgiving dinner in space is warm deserts.    

NASA scientists just figured out how to get hot deserts into space, and now astronauts can pick from different cobblers or chocolate pudding cake for Thanksgiving.
