Metro ski hills are starting to look like a winter wonderland.

Several have started making snow to prepare for the upcoming ski season.

Buck Hill in Burnsville had the snow guns going Monday, along with Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area in Bloomington.

Meanwhile, Wild Mountain in Taylors Falls has been open since Oct. 22.
