Governor Dayton is recognizing a program that helps low-income families stay warm and energy efficient.

He proclaimed Wednesday as 'Weatherization Day.'

The state's weatherization program helps lower energy bills by making sure people's homes are insulated and have efficient and safe heating systems.

Governor Dayton calls the program a win-win because it also helps put Minnesotans to work.
