Hundreds of families in the metro area have purchased a home through Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. However, a home hasn't been available in Eagan, until now.
Crews are finishing up repairs on a home on Easter Street. The home was a foreclosure and will soon be available for a new family.
"Great project for the family who is going to inhabit this. They just had a child so we're having an opportunity to help that family out," said Eagan Mayor Mike Maguire.
More than a thousand homes have been available to families throughout the Twin Cities area thanks to Habitat For Humanity.
