Median home prices in the Twin Cities are nearing pre-housing crash levels.
According to a report last month from the University of St. Thomas, the median price for a home not affected by foreclosure was $228,000. That's up about 1.4 percent from July.
The price for a home just before the pre-crash peak was $12,000 more - at $240,000 in June 2006, according to the report.
