Family of Terrance Franklin Holds Protest, Rally
The family of a Minneapolis man is still demanding the prosecution of the Minneapolis police officers who shot and killed him.
Police shot 22-year-old Terrance Franklin during a standoff in May. They say he tried to grab an officer’s gun after breaking into a home in South Minneapolis.
Franklin’s family is holding a third protest and rally today. Earlier this month, Minneapolis police said the investigation was complete.
