Amy Senser was convicted  of hitting and killing 38-year-old Anousone Phanthavong with her SUV in August 2011 and leaving the scene.

Here is a list of amendments and motions filed in regards to the case.

  • An amended complaint against Senser had new details on her alleged whereabouts and phone conversations on the night of the deadly hit-and-run. Click here to view the complaint.
  • The information from Phanthavong's autopsy is contained in a 26-page filing in Hennepin County District Court. Click here to view the document.
  • The Hennepin County Attorney's Office filed its memorandum in opposition to a motion to dismiss the criminal case against Senser. Click here to view the document.
  • A motion to dismiss the criminal charges was filed by Senser's criminal defense attorney. Prosecutors also filed a motion seeking Senser's medical records. Click here to view the document.
  • Senser entered a plea of not guilty, and wanted her criminal vehicular homicide trial moved out of the Twin Cities. A Hennepin County judge denied a motion to dismiss charges against Senser. Click here to view the document.
