VIDEO: State Hockey - Class AA Semifinal: Edina 3, Duluth East 2

Edina was down 1-0 most of its AA semifinal game vs. Duluth East, then the third period came, and Edina went nuts.

The Hornets (24-6) scored three goals, the second breaking a 1-1 tie with under six minutes left. Tyler Nanne's slapshot from the top of the slot threaded traffic and gave Edina a 2-1 lead.

Edina's Andy Jordahl scored the eventual game-winner 19 seconds later to go up 3-1.

Duluth East (25-5) established their 1-0 lead on Alex Toscano's goal 2:40 into the first period.

Greyhounds defenseman Meirs Moore netted a cannon-blast of a slapshot with 1:46 left in the game to cut Edina's lead to 3-2.

The Hornets advance to play either Hill-Murray or Wayzata for the AA Championship.
