Key Personnel Who Will be Working on the Stadium Project

Here's a list of key personnel who will be working on the new Vikings Stadium project with Mortenson Construction, courtesy of Vikings.com:

John Wood:  Principal in charge. Experience - Target Field in Minneapolis, MN; Xcel Energy Center, St. Paul, MN; Target Center, Minneapolis, MN; FedExForum in Memphis, TN; Sprint Center, Kansas City, MO; and Minneapolis Convention Center and Expansion, MN.

Brent Leiter:  Construction Executive.  Experience - Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL; Tropicana Field, St. Petersburg, FL; Nationals Park, Washington, DC; Tampa Bay Times Forum, Tampa, FL; Bank Atlantic Center, Sunrise, FL.

Dave Mansell: General Superintendent.  Experience - Target Field, Minneapolis, MN; FedExForum, Memphis, TN; Sprint Center, Kansas City, MO; Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul, MN; Pegula Ice Arena, University Park, PA.

Steve Laurila:  Senior Project Manager for the roof, structure, enclosure and operable elements for the stadium.  Past projects have included: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN; Amway Center, Orlando, FL; Conseco Field House, Indianapolis, IN; Pegula Ice Arena, University Park, PA.

For the stadium project Mortenson Construction has formed an association with Thor Construction.  Thor is Minnesota’s largest minority-owned business and has worked with Mortenson on numerous projects, including Target Field, TCF Bank Stadium, and Xcel Energy Center.
