EmailWild Win 2-1 In A Shootout
Goals are hard to come by for the Minnesota Wild this season. However it doesn't matter when you get a performance like the one goalie Niklas Backstrom turned in. Backstrom had 23 saves, Zach Parise and Mikko Koivu had goals in the shootout which gives the Wild its first win on the road this season 2-1 over the Calgary Flames.
The Wild don't have much time to celebrate as they head to Vancouver for a game against the Canucks Tuesday night.
