Email1 Dead, 1 Sent to Hospital After Saturday Stabbing
One man was found dead and another transported to HCMC after a stabbing Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to 2001 Glenwood Avenue North in Minneapolis around 4:45 p.m. The man transported to the hospital is said to have non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made but authorities say there is no risk to the public. It seems the men knew each other.
The victim's identity will be released after an investigation.
This is the second homicide in Minneapolis so far in 2013. The first homicide of 2012 did not come until Feb. 11.
