Minnesota Wild coach Mike Yeo spoke Friday at St. Thomas Ice Arena for the first time since the team's 4-1 loss to the Vancouver Canucks Thursday night.
It was one of the most disappointing losses of the season for the Wild that entered the year with such high expectations.
Minnesota stretched its season-high losing streak to a three with the loss. Minnesota is now 4-5-1 and ranks third in the Northwest Division.
Yeo said the Wild have to move on from its latest loss and not let the results impact its subsequent games. He also spoke of how losses are magnified in a shortened season.
Minnesota will battle the Nashville Predators on Saturday at the Xcel Energy Center.
