St. Paul City Council Denies Love Doctor Owner New Sign

A local businessman is fighting the St. Paul city council for a new sign, and the council did not approve it Wednesday night.

Troy Decorsey the owner of the Love Docter, a sex shop on University Avenue, said he thinks he is being singled out because of the type of business he runs.

Decorsey said he will sue the city of St. Paul for $20,000, but he said it isn’t about the money, he just wants his sign.
