EmailCrews Respond to Cooking Fire in Fridley
Crews responded to a fire in Fridley Tuesday afternoon.
According to Fridley Fire Chief John Berg, his department was called out to the home on the 6000 block of Benjamin Street around 1:37 p.m.
The fire was out on arrival, and one person had suffered minor burns.
Berg says the cause of the fire appears to be cooking with oil and adding water.
