Duluth Bus Driver Charged for Leaving Child on Cold Bus

A Duluth bus driver is charged with child endangerment for leaving a 3 year old on a bus in cold temperatures earlier this month.
53-year-old Thomas Soderholm says a bus monitor told him the head start bus was empty.
Soderholm knew the bus monitor had cognitive disabilities.
The child was found by another employee three hours later pounding on a window, strapped into a safety seat.
There were no serious injuries.
