The City of Robbinsdale has made the switch to LED Lights on a part of West Broadway to see if it will actually save them money.
West Broadway from 41st to 42nd has a new look after changing up with old 150 watt lights to the 25 watt LEDs.
The section of streetlights is on a separate meter and will allow the city to compare energy usage to the prior year to see if there are any energy savings.
