VIDEO: Smaller Crowd, Tight Security for 2nd Inaugural

Less than half the number of inauguration visitors who came out in 2009 are expected when President Obama is sworn in for the second time Monday.

But that won't stop security from being just as tight - only this time, with some improvements.
