Thin Ice Advisory Issued for Hennepin Co. Lakes

A thin ice advisory is in effect for all bodies of water in Hennepin County.

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office says recent warm weather has created areas of unstable ice.

Remember, lakes need several days of cold weather for the ice to thicken up to safe levels.
