Deadline Nearing For Free Hopkins Christmas Tree Removal

Hopkins Residents, you have until Friday to get your Christmas tree to the curb if you want it hauled away for free.

It may still be sitting in your living room, adorned in ornaments, popcorn strings, garland, and cranberries, but it is time to go.

The City of Hopkins Public Works offers free tree removal from Wednesday, January 2nd to Friday, January 11th.

You don't have to make special arrangements or call ahead, just get it out to the boulevard, and make sure it is clear of metal and plastic so crews can haul it away.
