Still No Deal for Fiscal Cliff, Time is Ticking

With time ticking until midnight, lawmakers still haven't been able to nail down a deal for the fiscal cliff.

ABC reported that if they don't make the deal by tonight, average Americans will see a $3,400 tax hike for the start of the new year.
