'Over 50 and Fit' Exercise Classes Offered in Roseville

Roseville residents ages 50 and older are encouraged to stay fit and healthy with the help of the Parks and Recreation Department.

Residents can exercise to video and audio tapes in a small-group setting. The movements emphasize flexibility, strength, and stamina, according to the city.

Classes meet from 9-10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Roseville Skating Center. It costs $16 per year.
