Deadline Nears for Anoka County Public Health Award Nominations

The deadline is nearing to nominate someone for an Anoka County Public Health Recognition Award.

The awards recognize Anoka County citizens who devote time, energy, and talent to improving health in the community. Nominees will be selected based on leadership and successful solutions to public health problems.

The first award goes to a youth individual or group. The second award goes to an adult individual or group. They will be presented in April.

Nominations will be accepted through Feb. 1 at www.anokacounty.us/healthawards.
