Email40-Plus Vendors to Attend New Brighton Health and Fitness Expo
New Brighton Parks and Recreation is sponsoring the eighth annual Health and Fitness Expo this weekend.
“Be Active, Live Life” will include more than 40 booths with expert advice on health and fitness topics. Attendees can meet personal trainers, join a fitness class demonstration, and talk with vendors.
Adults can also get a free workout pass at the New Brighton Community Center, and kids can get $1 off admission at the Eagles Nest Indoor Playground.
The expo takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. this Saturday at the New Brighton Community Center. It’s free and open to the public.
