Regions Hospital's brand new mental health care facility is open. The hospital is holding an open house Friday until 7 p.m. as part of their grand opening celebration.
The new facility cost $36 million and is located at Regions northeast section on Jackson St. in St. Paul.
The hospital says this is the beginning of a new era of mental health care for the community.
