Ken Barlow Cuts Ribbon at Regions Hospital Grand Opening

Regions Hospital's new mental health care facility opened yesterday, and KSTP Meteorologist Ken Barlow was there to help cut the ribbon. 

The new facility cost $36 million. There is an open house today from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
