Man Accused in Mpls Bank Hostage Situation Acquitted

The man accused of holding two Minneapolis bank employees hostage back in August has been acquitted of all charges.
A judge cleared Philip Pariso of the charges because of mental illness. Pariso was initially charged with making terroristic threats and kidnapping after investigators say he told employees at M&I Bank that he had a bomb.
No one was hurt and there was not a bomb.
