Mpls. Leads Way in National Night Out Participation

Minneapolis is leading the way when it comes to participation on National Night Out.

The city took first place nationally among cities with more than 300,000 people.

65,000 residents turned out for 1,200 events back on Aug. 7.   

This is the 11th time Minneapolis has taken first place in its category. The rankings were compiled by the National Association of Town Watch.
