Trial Set for Suspect in Brooklyn Park Triple Murder
A trial date has been set for the Missouri man accused of killing a Brooklyn Park daycare owner and her parents in a triple murder.
Eddie Mosley is charged with nine counts of first degree murder. A jury trial was set for April 19th in Hennepin County. He has not entered a plea.
A judge set his bail at $6 million.
Mosley is accused of killing Delois Brown and her parents James and Clover Bolden back in April.
Police say Mosley went to the day care to kill a teenage girl who accused him of rape, but she wasn't there.
