Vikings-Packers Game to Mark Minn. Man's Passing

The fierce rivalry between the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers makes every game special, but this week's will be even more so for family and friends of one Vikings fan.
    
Don Brommerich of Hugo died of brain cancer earlier this month. His partner, Terri Moffitt, tells the St. Paul Pioneer Press that loved ones will gather at the couple's home on Sunday to watch the game and pay their respects to Brommerich.
    
Moffitt says Brommerich was a "no-fuss kind of guy" who wouldn't have wanted some minister who didn't know him to speak at a funeral. Celebrating his life with a low-key party at home seemed better.
