Volunteers Help Blaine Girl in Need of Bone Marrow Transplant
Community members are reaching out to help a Blaine girl in need of a life-saving transplant.
Three-year-old Blaine resident Addison Brynteson was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia and is in need of a bone marrow transplant.
According to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association, an organization that helps communities raise money for transplant-related expenses, about $60,000 is being raised by Blaine volunteers.

Donations can also be mailed to Children’s Organ Transplant Association, 2501 West COTA Drive, Bloomington, Indiana, 47403. Checks or money orders should be made payable to COTA, with “In Honor of Addy B” written on the memo line of the check.
