Wolf Hunt Zone in NE Minn. Closes

Another wolf hunt zone is closing Thursday.

The area in northeastern Minnesota will close after dark. The DNR’s limit there was 58 wolves, and 57 were registered as of yesterday. Only the northwestern part of the state is still open to registered wolf hunters.

A total of 126 wolves have been killed so far during this part of the wolf season.
