Roseville Police Warn of Post Office Scam

Roseville police officers are warning residents of recent scams reported in the area.

According to police, some postal customers are getting false emails about a package delivery. The emails contain a virus that can steal personal information when the link is opened, such as your user name, password, and financial account information.

Police say the emails claim to be from the U.S. Postal Service. They’re warning residents to delete the messages and report the emails to the Postal Inspection Service at spam@uspis.gov.
