A new survey shows Twin Cities holiday shoppers are in an enthusiastic mood this year.
According to the survey by the University of St. Thomas, 18 percent of Twin Cities holiday shoppers said they would spend more this year. That's compared to 10 percent last year, and 4 percent in 2008.
The study looked at shopping trends and data from 2002 to 2012.
