VA Approves New Outpatient Clinic in Southern Minn.

Life is about to get easier for military veterans in parts of southern Minnesota.

The Veterans Administration just signed-off on a new community-based outpatient clinic.

The location of the new facility hasn't been decided yet, but locations in Austin, Albert Lea and Owatonna are under consideration.

They're hoping to open the clinic in 2014.
