Houston Engineers Grade City Roads

The Houston Chronicle reported today that the American Society of Civil Engineers graded the city's roadways, and they gave them a D+. It sounds like a few Houston concrete contractors will have their work cut out for them. The grade does not relate to safety, but rather to funding and the city's ability to better the infrastructure.
