EmailPedestrian Recovers After being Hit in St. Louis Park
St. Louis Park Police say a woman was hit by a Jeep while walking at the intersection of Excelsior Boulevard and Grand Way Tuesday morning.
Police say the woman was crossing in a crosswalk when she was hit by a vehicle with frosted windows. She hit her head and was transported to Methodist hospital with minor injuries.
The driver stopped and cooperated with police.
Westbound lanes of Excelsior were closed for about an half hour, and reopened around 7 a.m.
Charges have been sent to the city attorney for review.
