Dog Park Project at Lyndale Farmstead Park Moves Forward

Construction of the most expensive dog park in city history is moving forward in Minneapolis.

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board approved the contract to build a dog park at Lyndale Farmstead Park.

It will cost about $215,000.

City officials say they need to remove old pavement and add fencing and crushed granite as a ground cover.

Crews will begin the project in a couple of weeks.
