VIDEO: Mayor R.T. Rybak Crowd Surfs at DFL Rally

After learning President Obama won re-election, Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak went crowd surfing at the DFL rally in St. Paul.

This isn't the first time he's done it. He went crowd surfing at a concert earlier this year.
