Man Injured in Rail Yard Accident in St. Cloud

St. Cloud police say a 54-year-old man was possibly hit by a passing train in a rail yard while he was working on railroad cars.

Police were called to the 1700 block of Breckenridge Avenue just before 5 p.m. Friday. They say BNSF employee Gary Davis of Grasston was found on the ground next to the rail cars he had been working on.

Davis was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

BNSF and railroad authorities are investigating the incident.
