Century College Conference Focuses on Emotional Health

Community members are invited to learn more about what it means to be emotionally healthy at the upcoming “Be Well!” conference.

The conference, hosted by Century College, will offer expert advice and local resources on stress management, suicide prevention, finances, drug and alcohol use, and more. It’s open to students and the general public.

“Be Well!” takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, on the East Campus and includes breakfast and lunch. For more information or to register, call 651-779-3274.
