Fundraiser, Organization Raises Awareness of Rare Amoeba

A community is coming together for a nine-year-old Stillwater boy killed by a rare amoeba parasite.

A fundraiser was held at Dive Bar in Maplewood for Jack Ariola Erenberg. He died in August after ingesting a deadly amoeba while swimming in Lily Lake.

The event is also raising awareness about a foundation called Swim Above Water. For more information about the foundation, visit our Links page.
