Minn. Unemployment Rate at 5.8 Percent

When it comes to unemployment Minnesota is still better than most states.

The newest numbers out Thursday show our state's unemployment rate is 5.8 percent.

With 5,900 jobs added last month, the rate is down from 5.9 percent in August.

The national employment rate for September is 7.8 percent.
