Some of Tom Petters' personal belongings will be auctioned off Monday night.
The items were all confiscated from Petters' Lake Minnetonka home. They'll be auctioned off at 6 p.m. North St. Paul.
Petters is serving a 50-year prison sentence for running a nearly $4 billion Ponzi scheme.
