University of St. Thomas Bans Window Signs & Decorations

It may be the political season but you wouldn't know it at the University of Saint Thomas.

Starting this month the school banned window signs and decorations at all campus residence halls. Some students believe the move was made to keep marriage amendment political signs off the campus of a Catholic university.

The school says marriage amendment signs had nothing to do with the policy change.

Officials say the policy was created to end friction between students and administration over what's appropriate to display in a window.
